How One Practice Went From Invisible to Found in One Week
When Jayme reached out, she needed a website for White Poppy Psychiatry & Wellness, a psychiatric practice based in Casper, Wyoming, serving clients across the state both in-person and via telehealth. That's the kind of project we love at Prairie Bridges: helping people build a presence that reflects who they are — one the right people can find, trust, and choose.
Along the way, we took a look at her existing logo — AI-generated, and pretty limited in what she could do with it. So we rebuilt it — clean and intentional: two white poppies rising from a visible root system, growing straight through broken, cracked ground — the center of each bloom a mended heart. It's a direct nod to her own tagline: as the White Poppy grows from harsh places, so can you. From there we built out her full brand identity, including business cards and letterhead, with a brochure still in the works.

The website came next. Jayme's practice stands out for its whole-person approach — looking at sleep, hormones, and nutrition alongside symptoms, not just a diagnosis checklist, with ADHD care as a strong focus. I built her a site that put that approach front and center. I secured her domain, set up her hosting, and built her site on WordPress — a platform that leaves plenty of room to grow, maybe more pages or a future blog or professional resource. Terms and conditions, HIPAA compliance, and a securely embedded booking system were built in from the start, so there are no gaps between her website and her practice's compliance requirements.
Because she sees clients both in-person in Casper and via telehealth across the state, her SEO and Google Business Profile setup needed to work for both audiences — someone searching "psychiatrist near me" and someone searching "telehealth psychiatry Wyoming" should find her just as easily. I handled the on-page SEO groundwork behind the scenes, plus the pieces most agencies still skip: AEO (answer engine optimization) and AIO (AI search optimization), so her practice shows up whether someone's searching Google or asking an AI assistant where to find ADHD treatment or psychiatric care in Wyoming. Over the next 90 days, we will continue to refine these. We're also working to get her found on Bing, where she's already picking up early organic traffic.

Jayme's contract covered three months of social media management. Instead, I built her almost a year's worth of content, well beyond the original scope. Prairie Bridges over delivers, for every client, every time, because it's about the Customer Experience. The content itself ranges from general practice education to specific pieces on vitamins and minerals, real client-experience storytelling, and topics tied directly to her areas of care — pulling from a mix of static graphics, YouTube videos, TED Talks, reels, and TikTok, with real research behind every piece. To make reviewing all of it manageable, I built her an interactive content calendar tool she can click through, approve, or send back for revisions, with notes that save as she goes — more on that tool in an upcoming post. I also built out ready-to-use posts for things like snow closures. Most of my clients aren't marketing professionals, and part of our job is thinking through the unexpected before it happens, so they're prepared no matter what comes up.

One week in, the early numbers already tell a good story. Her Facebook page was brand-new with no existing following, and her introduction post alone reached over 6,700 views and drove 113 clicks straight to the website. The website itself pulled in 215 active users and 385 pageviews in its first week, with traffic already coming in from communities across the state, not just Casper — a real early sign that the SEO, AEO, and AIO work is doing its job. Google is already ranking the site for real search terms like "psychiatrist casper wy," not just her practice name. Her Google Business Profile, which Google had auto-generated back in March, has logged 45 direction requests to date.
When you put the care of your site and social channels with Prairie Bridges, you're putting it in the hands of one person who genuinely loves this work. I learn what matters to you and to the people you serve, and I bring my passion for marketing, my drive for delivery, and my love for creativity into every piece of content I build. That's what a Prairie Bridges partnership looks like — not a one-time handoff, but a relationship, built for anyone, anywhere, who wants to be found by the right people.
Roots hold, even through broken ground. Jayme's poppies are proof of that — and so is her practice, growing right alongside them.
Every bridge begins with a conversation — not a contract. We're glad Jayme trusted us to help build hers.
